SAP Sales Manager

Job Description:

The SAP Sales Manager will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase interest and qualify leads. The sales Manager will have a keen understanding of SAP’s product offerings, and the ability to close the deals while communicating our value to all related industries.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Sales via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
  2. Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments.
  3. Follow up with each Sales meeting, post meeting. Determine result of respective meeting and follow up appropriately to close the loop.
  4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in accordance with strategic plan, developed by the Director of Sales.
  5. Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director Sales.
  6. Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives.
  7. Incanted to close smaller deals independently.
  8. Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
  9. Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  10. Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
  11. Strong Internet research skills required.
  12. Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  13. Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
  14. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
  15. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Requirements:

  1. 6-7 years of proven sales experience preferably ERP product and SAP ERP additional benefit.
  2. Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  3. Strong presentation and convincing skills.
  4. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  5. Experience working with CRM.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in related field.
