About Fresh SAP Program
We are looking for self-starters who are passionate about problem-solving, eager to learn and grow and join our team as either an SAP Solution Consultant, Technical Engineer, or Sales Executive.
This dynamic 3-month program is mentored by a senior associate and includes on-the-job training and real time experience to build the foundation of a successful career at Inflexion.
Qualifications
- Having a Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Basic knowledge of Computer Usage & Microsoft Office
- Good English Communication Skills

The program will be broken down into three waves
LEARN WAVE
SAP Solution Enablement
They will use the SAP Virtual Online Training courses to enable themselves. The individual would have access to the product/solution to practice and apply the knowledge gained during the learning.
APPLY WAVE
Internship with Project
This will be followed by a internship which is offered in any of our offices. During the internship the individual will apply the knowledge gained during the LEARN WAVE to complete the project.
EXPERIENCE WAVE
Live Work Experience with Mentorship
On completion of the project the individual will have the ability to work on a Live Customer Project with Mentors guiding them. They will be shadow resources during this part of the program and learn the trade.
For the Apply and Experience Wave
All cost involved during this phase of travel, stay and living expenses to the respective country offices of choice, the Interns will have to pay for by themselves, and will be using own laptops for the duration of the complete Program.
