Roles & Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze clients’ business and functional specifications for translation into a detailed design document.
2. Install, configure and augment SAP Business One applications and solutions as per the design document.
3. Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
4. Versioning and transition from development and test to production phases
5. Present regular project updates to the client, as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle
6. Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project manager as required
7. Troubleshoot implementation issues
8. Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
9. Produce and maintain customer specific implementation documentation
10. Ensure projects are delivered to customers satisfaction within time and on budget
11. he majority of this role will be based on-site and will therefore require significant travel

Description:

1. Gather and define the detailed functional requirements; deftly prepare business blue prints and related documentations
2. Meticulously identify Customer Requirements and mapped Critical Business Process
3. Prepare, implement and test plans including Unit Testing, Functional testing and Integration testing
4. Customize and implement SAP B1 module as per requirement of current business process of client
5. Responsible for Database Configuration, Setup, Gathering Master Data, Preparation master data templates & uploading data by using DTW tool
6. Responsible for User Trainings, Issue Log Clearing, post Go Live support, functional & Technical troubleshooting
7. Good understanding of the full lifecycle implementation of SAP B1– right from the conception stage to go-live and support activity
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills suitable for requirement gathering, process design, development & implementation

9. Strong SQL scripting and query writing skills
10. Strong report writing tool skills/Crystal Reports skills
11. Skilled in utilization of standard software packages (Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
12. To investigate, establish, document and seek agreement on a client business requirement
13. To configure SAP Business One to meet agreed requirements
14. To support the sales team during presales with workshops and demonstrations and proposal documentation
15. To develop and implement add-on solutions to SAP to meet specific client business needs
16. To become expert in specific industry add-ons to SAP B1 to meet market needs
17. To manage integration to external systems, including eCommerce systems
18. To train the client in use of SAP Business One and related software applications
19. To achieve and maintain qualifications in SAP Business One and related applications
20. To provide technical support to Business One clients
21. ERP Implementation Experience – History of delivering complete ERP systems at a skilled level or client-side implementation exposure
22. Excellent Communication, Technical & Problem-Solving skills
23. Database Knowledge – A familiarity with relational database technologies
