Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
2. Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
3. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure timely and successful project completion.
4. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

SAP BTP Application Development:

1. Develop, customize, and maintain SAP BTP applications and solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in Cloud Foundry, Integration Suite, and other SAP BTP services.
2. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between SAP BTP and various SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Custom Application Development:

1. Supervise the creation of custom applications using SAP BTP tools such as SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and other relevant technologies.
2. Ensure that custom applications are developed following best practices and aligned with business objectives.

Security and Compliance:

1. Ensure that all SAP BTP solutions comply with security standards and data protection regulations.
2. Implement and maintain necessary security measures and protocols.

Requirements Analysis and Solution Architecture:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements, translating them into effective SAP BTP solutions.
2. Design and document scalable, maintainable, and best practice-aligned SAP BTP solution architectures.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

1. Provide technical support and resolve issues related to SAP BTP applications and services, including debugging and problem-solving.
2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical challenges.

Performance Optimization:

1. Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BTP applications, ensuring efficient resource utilization and responsiveness.
2. Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.

Documentation:

1. Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP BTP solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
2. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

1. Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to promote best practices in SAP BTP development.
2. Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Continuous Learning:

1. Stay current with the latest SAP BTP technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure the organization’s solutions remain competitive and up to date.
2. Encourage team members to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
4. Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
5. Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
6. Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
10. Experience in leading teams and capable of driving varied initiatives.
11. Proven onsite lead experience with customer handling roles.
12. Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
13. Experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
14. Ability to collaborate in a global team.
15. Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements
