SAP SF Sr. RCM and ONB Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled SAP Success Factor SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) consultant (and optionally Recruiting Marketing—RMK), focusing on full lifecycle deployment, enhancing talent acquisition processes, and delivering optimized recruiting solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience (5–6 years):

  1. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors RCM and ONB, with strong expertise in job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, offer management, and inbound integration with Onboarding, Offboarding and Cross Boarding, New Hire integration.
  2. Familiarity with Recruiting Marketing (RMK), candidate relationship management (CRM), and job posting tools.
  3. Proficiency in configuring RBP (Role-Based Permissions), business rules, workflows, and XML templates aligned with recruiting processes.
  4. Experience with full lifecycle implementations: requirements gathering, blueprinting, build, testing (unit, UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, HRIS, or related field.
  2. 5–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, including at least 2 full RCM and ONB implementation lifecycles.
  3. Certification in SuccessFactors RCM and ONB or RMK strongly preferred.
  4. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. Documentation and presentation abilities Leadership or mentoring experience is often expected.
