Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of the Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Compensation Management, a strong understanding of compensation processes, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze compensation requirements.
- Design and configure compensation cycles, salary structures, guidelines, eligibility rules, and budget management.
- Customize compensation planning templates, statements, and approval workflows.
- Integrate Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, and Variable Pay.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and perform enhancements as needed.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation.
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Stay current with new SAP releases and best practices in SuccessFactors Compensation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1 full-cycle implementations in Compensation.
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of compensation processes such as merit planning, promotions, market adjustments, etc.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
