Role Overview:
As an SAP Associate Consultant – FICO, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders to gain hands-on experience in financial process automation and SAP solution delivery within a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Support: Assist in end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules including requirement gathering, documentation, and configuration activities.
- System Configuration: Support configuration of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across MM, SD, and HR modules to support seamless financial integration.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Assist in resolving post-implementation issues, data reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
- Documentation & Training: Help prepare functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials for end users and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in SAP FICO module. Freshers with relevant academic or project exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of financial processes and interest in SAP systems. Exposure to SAP FICO configuration is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for accurate financial data handling.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
