SAP Associate Consultant – Succession & Development

Role Overview:

As an SAP Associate Consultant specializing in Succession & Development, you will support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development modules. You’ll work with clients and internal teams to help deliver talent management solutions that align with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Module Implementation Support: Assist in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development modules under senior consultant guidance. 
  2. Requirements Analysis: Participate in client meetings to help gather requirements and translate business needs into system configuration support. 
  3. Talent Management Configuration: Support configuration of Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Talent Pools based on project specifications. 
  4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Help execute testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support for succession and development functionalities. 
  5. Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with EC, PMGM, and Compensation teams to support integration points and ensure process alignment. 
  6. Documentation: Assist in creating functional specifications, configuration guides, and user documentation for client deliverables. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM solutions. Academic projects or internships in Succession & Development modules are advantageous. 
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field. 
  3. HR Domain Knowledge: Understanding of talent management processes including succession planning and career development. 
  4. Technical Aptitude: Interest in SAP SuccessFactors configuration with willingness to learn succession and development functionalities. 
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and support solution design with strong attention to detail. 
  6. Communication Skills: Good verbal/written communication skills with ability to work effectively in team environments.
