SAP Associate Consultant – Payroll

Role Overview:

As an SAP Associate Consultant – Payroll, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Payroll solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation Support: Assist in end-to-end implementation of SAP Payroll (On-Premise or SuccessFactors EC Payroll), including requirement gathering and documentation. 
  2. Payroll Configuration: Support configuration of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and infotypes under the guidance of senior team members. 
  3. Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality. 
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Time Management, Employee Central, and Finance to support seamless integration. 
  5. Post-Go-Live Activities: Provide support during payroll runs, reconciliations, and troubleshooting of post-implementation issues. 
  6. Documentation & Training: Assist in preparing functional specifications, user guides, and training materials for clients. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors EC Payroll. Freshers with relevant project exposure are encouraged to apply. 
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  3. Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of payroll processes and interest in SAP systems. Exposure to SAP Payroll configuration is a plus. 
  4. Analytical Skills: Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for accurate payroll processing support. 
  5. Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
