SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Development Lead & Scrum Master with a robust background in SAP-related business analytics. This hybrid role demands a professional who can spearhead SAP development efforts, manage Agile teams, and perform comprehensive business analysis to foster product innovation and improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in SAP, exceptional leadership abilities, a profound understanding of Agile methodologies, and the capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Objectives:

Solution Design and Implementation:

1. Design, develop, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
3. Create data models, stories, and dashboards within SAC to meet business needs.

Data Integration and Management:

1. Integrate SAC with various data sources, including SAP BW, HANA, SAP ByD, S/4 HANA, S/4 HANA Cloud, and other third-party databases.
2. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within SAC applications.
3. Perform data wrangling and transformation to prepare data for analysis.

Performance Optimization:

1. Optimize the performance of SAC applications to ensure quick data retrieval and analysis.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues within the SAC environment.

Training and Support:

1. Provide training and support to end-users on SAC functionalities and best practices.
2. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Recommend and implement improvements to existing SAC solutions to enhance usability and functionality.

Qualifications:

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools.
2. Proven track record of successfully implementing SAC solutions in a corporate environment.

Technical Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of SAC components such as Data Models, Data Sources, Stories, Dashboards, and Smart Predict.
2. Proficiency in integrating SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
3. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and data visualization tools.
4. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
