Product Marketing Manager

Key Objectives:

  1. Create awareness and develop the marketing strategy for Inflexion Solutions & Services
  2. Propose Marketing Plan and Budgets
  3. Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
  4. Help with marketing plans, advertising, social marketing and campaigns.
  5. Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press and other media.
  6. Design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
  7. Write marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
  8. Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
  9. Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
  10. Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
  11. Source and secure sponsorship.
  12. Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots.
  13. Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  14. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

Description

  1. You’ll usually be office-based, but will attend meetings with clients, partner organizations and suppliers, as well as a range of events and exhibitions. You may be expected to socialize with stakeholders and clients to build and develop relationships.
  2. The work is often challenging and fast-paced as you’ll need to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time and work with external suppliers and creative agencies.
  3. You may need to travel to various branches and cities which Inflexion Operates

Qualifications:

  1. Any Degree or Masters in – Business or Management, Sales or Marketing
  2. 3 to 4 Years of Experience in Similar Profile with Software or IT Industry
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Commercial awareness and business acumen
  5. The ability to think strategically and Creativity.
  6. Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online.
  7. An eye for detail
  8. Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.
  9. Drive and self-motivation.
  10. A flexible approach to work
  11. The ability to work well under pressure.
  12. Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships.
  13. Influencing and negotiation skills
  14. Skills in IT and social media
  15. Numeracy skills
  16. Foreign language ability – may be helpful if working for multinational companies.
