Role Overview:
As an SAP Business One – Inside Sales / Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting SAP solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring successful deal closures. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Sales Prospecting: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present SAP Business One solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal closures and project handovers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven skills in lead generation, sales prospecting, and market research.
- Client Management: Strong experience in client relationship and account management.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP solutions, especially SAP Business One.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Additional: Prior experience in software sales or business development is a plus.
