SAP PM Consultant – Asset Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Consultant specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EAM / PM processes. This role involves working closely with business users to understand asset maintenance requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP EAM / PM Configuration: Configure and support SAP EAM / PM module including Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, and Refurbishment maintenance processes. 
2. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design functional solutions. 
3. Implementation Support: Carry out system configuration, testing, training, and documentation. 
4. Cross-Module Integration: Manage integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, PP, and PS. 
5. Master Data Management: Maintain and manage equipment master data, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans. 
6. Project Lifecycle Support: Support implementation, rollout, and post-go-live activities. 
7. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and issue resolution. 
8. Quality & Timelines: Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. 
9. Training & Documentation: Provide user training and functional documentation. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
2. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM / PM module. 
3. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of asset maintenance processes, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. 
4. Functional Expertise: Good knowledge of maintenance planning, work order management, and notification processes. 
5. Integration Awareness: Basic understanding of integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and PS modules. 
6. SAP Fiori: Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Asset Maintenance. 
7. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
