Role Overview:
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Consultant, you will lead full lifecycle deployments, enhance talent acquisition processes, and deliver optimized recruiting solutions. You will collaborate with HR and project stakeholders to configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors ONB 2.0, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Support: Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configuration: Configure ONB processes including compliance forms, document management, notifications, workflows, and dashboards.
- Integration: Integrate ONB with Recruiting Management (RCM), Employee Central (EC), and third-party applications.
- Testing: Develop test cases, conduct unit/system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Training & Support: Provide knowledge transfer, training, and post-go-live support to business users.
- Security & Permissions: Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), business rules, workflows, and XML templates aligned with recruiting processes.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage full implementation lifecycle including blueprinting, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, with at least 3 full ONB implementation lifecycles preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, HRIS, or a related field.
- Certification: SuccessFactors ONB certification strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in configuring RBP, business rules, workflows, and XML templates.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
