Role Overview:

As an SAP Associate FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and deliver robust SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Implementation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions, including configuration of GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules. 
2. System Configuration: Customize SAP Finance modules to meet client-specific needs and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. 
3. Project Management: Manage end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users to identify pain points and propose SAP-based solutions that enhance financial operations. 
5. Training & Documentation: Conduct user training sessions, prepare functional documentation, and provide post-go-live support. 
6. Integration Support: Ensure smooth integration of Finance with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) and external systems. 
7. Data Migration: Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during implementation and upgrades. 
8. Testing & Compliance: Participate in functional testing, system testing, and UAT cycles. Assist in audit and compliance reporting requirements. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance (FICO) module with hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. 
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory). 
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of core finance and controlling processes, and integration points with other SAP modules. 
4. Documentation & Design: Proficient in documentation, configuration, and solution design. 
5. Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications (Value-Added): 

1. Prior domain experience in Finance/Accounting roles before starting SAP career. 
2. SAP Certification in FICO module.
