SAP SD Associate Consultant – Sales & Distribution

Role Overview:

As an SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Associate Consultant, you will utilize your hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects. You will apply your strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes to configure, deliver, and support high-quality solutions for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configuration & Support: Configure and support SAP SD module processes including Sales, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing. 
  2. End-to-End Implementation: Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation projects from requirement gathering and design to configuration, testing, go-live, and support. 
  3. Business Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design effective solutions. 
  4. Functional Specifications: Prepare detailed functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces. 
  5. Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
  6. Post-Go-Live Support: Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines. 
  7. Training & Documentation: Assist in training business users and preparing comprehensive process documentation. 
  8. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with FI, MM, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration across business processes. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module with minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SD implementation projects (SAP S/4HANA experience preferred). 
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 
  3. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle, Pricing, Credit Management, and Account Determination. 
  4. Integration Knowledge: Good understanding of integration points with FI, MM, and logistics processes. 
  5. Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of IDocs, output determination, and debugging techniques. 
    Communication Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills for effective client interaction and project delivery.
