Role Overview:

As an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant, you will specialize in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Learning Management System module. You’ll work cross-functionally to integrate LMS workflows with other HR systems and deliver a seamless learning experience

Key Responsibilities

  1. System Configuration & Design: Set up LMS components like curricula, learning items, scheduled offerings, external links, quizzes, surveys, and assignment profiles, configuring catalogues, prerequisites, and completion rules
  2. Content Management & Integration: Upload and manage learning content, integrate with SAP EC, BizX, iContent, or third-party content providers.
  3. Data Management & Migration: Perform data loads, validate learning records, and ensure successful migration across environments
  4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Plan and execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT for LMS configurations and integrations.
  5. User Training & Support: Develop training materials, conduct sessions for admins and end users, and provide Tier 2/3 support for learning-related tickets .
  6. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve LMS technical issues, perform regular system maintenance, and apply best practices to ensure stability

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: 2–3 years working specifically with SuccessFactors LMS, with multiple full-cycle implementations
  2. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant certification is preferred; additional certifications (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding) are a plus
  3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in LMS integrators/connectors, XML, APMs, proxy configuration, BizX sync, BIRT/PRD reporting, and data validation
  4. Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Strong ability to translate business rules into system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimized solutions.
  5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with user training and documentation is essential.
