Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled SAP Success Factors PMGM / SPCDP consultant, you will lead or support implementations of Performance Management (PMGM) and Succession & Career Development Planning (SPCDP) in SuccessFactors. You’ll help clients design and deploy talent solutions—from goal setting to career planning—fostering strategic workforce development across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions focused on PMGM and SPCDP.
- Translate business needs into functional configurations—Goal Plans, Talent Reviews, Career Worksheet, Role Readiness, and Development Plans.
- Configure XML templates, MDF foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and security for PMGM and SPCDP modules.
- Manage end-to-end implementation phases: design, build, test (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-go‑live support.
- Create and execute test scripts, cutover plans, and provide support for issue resolution and SLA adherence.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and career planning processes.
- Strong exposure to full project lifecycle: gathering requirements, blueprinting, build, testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of IT consulting experience and 3+ years functional experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and/or SPCDP; at least 1 full end-to-end deployment.
- Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM, Succession, or Career Development Planning strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules and HR business processes.
- Hands-on expertise with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, XML template design, and workflow setup.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
