Business Analyst

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Development Lead & Scrum Master with a robust background in SAP-related business analytics. This hybrid role demands a professional who can spearhead SAP development efforts, manage Agile teams, and perform comprehensive business analysis to foster product innovation and improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in SAP, exceptional leadership abilities, a profound understanding of Agile methodologies, and the capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master with Development lead Experience:

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  2. Guide and Coach: Instruct the Scrum Team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
  3. Remove Impediments: Address obstacles that hinder the Scrum Team’s progress to maintain high productivity.
  4. Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement within the team.
  5. Track Progress: Communicate team metrics and progress to stakeholders.
  6. Ensure Adherence to Scrum Rules: Promote self-organization and adherence to Scrum rules within the team.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP requirements.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Conduct sessions to gather and document functional and non-functional SAP requirements.
  3. User Stories and Backlog Management: Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog.
  4. Business Process Analysis: Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities in SAP environments.
  5. Collaboration with Development and QA: Work closely with SAP developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and met.
  6. Utilize SAP Tools: Use tools like SAP ALM, Solution Manager, and SAP Analytics Cloud for managing requirements, testing, and solution documentation.

Development Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Lead SAP Solutions Development: Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW/4HANA).
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Optimize Applications: Enhance the performance and scalability of SAP applications.
  4. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  2. Skills:
    • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks.
    • SAP Tools: Proficiency in SAP ALM, Solution Manager, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
    • Communication: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • SAP Business Process Modeling: In-depth knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
    • Leadership: Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
  3. Experience:
    • SAP Development: Proficiency in SAP development technologies (e.g., ABAP, SAP UI5, CDS Views).
    • Scrum Master: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
    • SAP Business Analyst: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SAP environment.
  4. Additional Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certifications: SAP certification(s).
    • ERP Experience: Familiarity with SAP / Non-SAP ERP products.
    • DevOps Practices: Knowledge of DevOps practices in an SAP environment.
