S4 HANA ABAP Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces within the SAP S4 HANA environment.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.
3. Optimize and enhance existing ABAP code to improve system performance and efficiency.
4. Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP development projects.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom ABAP developments.
6. Support system testing and integration efforts, ensuring that ABAP developments meet business needs.
7. Keep up to date with SAP technologies and best practices and apply them to ongoing projects.
8. Develop Complex reports in multiple functional areas like SD/MM Etc.
9. Must understand the flow of data within S4 and/or ECC Systems.

Requirement:

1. 3 – 6 years of experience in ABAP Programming is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3. Proven experience as an ABAP developer in an SAP environment, with a focus on S4 HANA.
4. Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language, SAP development tools, and S4 HANA architecture.
5. Familiarity with SAP modules and business processes.
6. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
7. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS views, and other modern SAP technologies is a plus
