Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As a\u00a0Senior\u00a0SAP Business One Consultant, you will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP B1 solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, customizing modules, managing integrations, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Requirement Gathering:<\/strong>\u00a0Collect and analyze client business and functional specifications; prepare detailed design documents and business blueprints.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Implementation & Configuration:<\/strong>\u00a0Install, configure, and customize SAP Business One modules to align with client requirements.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Testing & UAT:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop test plans, conduct unit,\u00a0functional, and integration testing; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Data Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Configure databases, prepare master data templates, and upload data using DTW tools.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Integration:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage integration with external systems, including eCommerce platforms and third-party applications.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Training & Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Conduct user training sessions, resolve issues\u00a0post go-live, and provide functional and technical troubleshooting.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Documentation:<\/strong>\u00a0Produce and\u00a0maintain\u00a0customer-specific implementation documentation.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Presales Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Assist\u00a0the sales team with workshops, demos, and proposal documentation.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Reporting:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Lifecycle Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the\u00a0implementation\u00a0lifecycle.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Required Qualifications & Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0Minimum 8\u20139 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation and support; full lifecycle ERP implementation exposure.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Business, or related field.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Technical Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\n
        \n
      • Strong SQL and HANA scripting and query writing skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proficiency\u00a0in Crystal Reports and standard software packages (MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Soft Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Certification:<\/strong>\u00a0SAP Business One certification is a plus.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Additional:<\/strong>\u00a0Ability to travel for on-site client engagements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
