Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant<\/strong> with strong knowledge of BIB (Business Integration Builder)<\/strong> integration and global\/local payroll processing. (Preferable with<\/strong> UAE\/GCC payroll compliance) <\/strong>andSolid background in Payroll configuration<\/strong>, including wage types, schemas, calculation rules, payroll control, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll processes in alignment with local statutory regulations, ensuring seamless integration between EC and SAP Payroll systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Configure payroll schemas, rules, and info types in SAP ECP to meet business and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Expertise in developing PCR is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Integrate payroll with SAP Employee Central<\/strong>, Finance<\/strong>, and third-party systems (e.g., time, benefits, tax).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Provide expertise in country-specific payroll<\/strong> functionalities and compliance (e.g., UAE, Oman, KSA anyone Depending on scope).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Handle payroll parallel runs<\/strong>, data validation<\/strong>, and go-live<\/strong> activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Support post-go-live stabilization<\/strong>, issue resolution, and change requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Coordinate with SAP support for incident handling, upgrades, and legal changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in UAT with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Provide training to users, create documentation, and maintain configuration logs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in information technology, HRIS, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. \u00a06\u20138 years<\/strong> of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll<\/strong> and minimum 3 end-to-end implementations<\/strong> of SuccessFactors ECP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Solid understanding of Employee Central<\/strong> and its integration with Payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate \u2013 Employee Central Payroll\/Employee Central<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance<\/strong>, statutory reporting<\/strong>, and year-end processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
